FAQ'S
Ordering and Payment
Online orders are entered into our system within 24–48 hours before they move to the production or packing queue.
Yes. All payments must clear security screening. If we cannot verify the billing address, we will contact you for an alternate method.
Lead Times
Many assemblies (powder-coated valve covers, fuel systems, custom tanks) are built or finished to order. Typical prep or coating windows run 10–14 working days; CNC or fabrication items may extend beyond that during peak seasons.
Shipping and Insurance
Every box leaves with the carrier’s default coverage—USD 100 for UPS, USD 50 for USPS. If you want full-value coverage, request it before the label is created. Damage claims above those limits are the customer’s responsibility unless extra insurance is purchased.
Tracking is generated as soon as an item clears final QC and is boxed. Expect the first scan within 24–48 hours.
International Orders
All international sales are final; we cannot accept returns or issue exchanges on overseas shipments.
Cancellations and Returns (USA)
Written cancellation requests must reach us within 24 hours of purchase and must include your order number, invoice copy, and contact phone. After 24 hours—or once an item is marked “in process”—the order cannot be cancelled.
Packages without an RMA will be refused. Special-order or fabricated items are non-refundable once production begins. Restocking fees up to 25 percent may apply to eligible returns.
Warranty
Dual-pass heat exchangers, aluminum tanks, intake systems, and beast tubes are covered against weld and craftsmanship defects for as long as the original owner keeps the vehicle. Abuse, neglect, or un-registered items void coverage.
You cover shipment to our facility; if the claim is approved, we split the return freight 50 ⁄ 50.
Yes. Any component not made in-house carries the producing vendor’s warranty. We will connect you with them if an issue arises.
Core Exchange Program
We ship a refinished part and include a prepaid label for your core. Send the core back within the time stated on your invoice to avoid core charges.
Installation and Tuning
Power-adders such as larger crank pulleys, injectors, or long-tube headers require an ECU recalibration to keep air-fuel ratios in check and protect engine health.
We recommend one-heat-range-colder IX Platinum plugs for builds above stock boost to reduce cylinder temperatures and prevent detonation.
Product Fitment
Most M113K components interchange worldwide, but confirm your chassis code and throttle-body style before ordering. Contact tech support with VIN if unsure.
